Am I Blue?

No no, I am not sad at all :) the head title refers to one of the latest creations by Reign Congrejo, fellow model and designer of Evolve.

Today I introduce to you Am I Blue, an outstanding release consisting in a see-through flower embroidered short bodice (allowing to show some skin and shoulders), and a long flexi skirt with an amazing over skirt effect, totally conceived in electric blue.

It also features sexy laced long sleeves (following the same pattern and embroidered textures as the rest) and two ruffles at the top, making the whole outfit elegant and playful at the same time.
