Inspiration can come from so many sources: emotions, music, nature, fashion…or all of them. I was going through my inventory yesterday and decided to take a few pictures with a few choice pieces that really spoke to me (so to speak). Once I completed my outfits, I had to decide on a place to take them. I had fun putting these looks together and I hope you enjoy them as well.
I like accessories. Really, who doesn’t? Anyone can throw on an outfit, but if you accessorize *just* right, you can transform any outfit – no matter how simple – into something that would make the Fashion Gods green with envy. I recently bought one of the new releases from *ARGRACE*, which is a simple but elegant chiffon tunic. I threw on my sexy Stiletto Moody’s (‘Lauren’ in blood leopard), a gorgeous choker from Smooth Designs, one of Exile’s short and flirty new styles (‘Shirelle’) and a fun, sexy hat from House of Nyla to complete my look. I decided to go to House of Nyla’s main store to strike a fashionista pose. Very fitting, huh? 
I’m also wearing the new release from LeLutka, ‘Lola’ in sunkissed. What I love about this skin is that (if you’re using the 2.0 viewer), you can mix and match your lipsticks with the tattoo layer. If you’re on a budget like I am, just pick out your favorite eye makeup and you’re free to switch up your lip colors with your various outfits! I’m also wearing the uber cool eyelashes that come with the skin. Very sophisticated. Below, you can also get a better view of the hat and the choker.
For my next look, I chose a cute, summery dress that I bought last week, but almost forgot that I had (I’m bad, I know!) from *Yozoh*. The only reason I remembered it was because my friend Lizzie did a post wearing it. So I dug it out of my swollen inventory and began assembling my look. I love Clawtooth’s hair, and Mr. Bubbles has on sale (for the next few days) an updated version of his Roarin’ 20′s hairstyle for the Stumblebum Brigade. You get four hair colors for $200L. Definitely a bargain! What’s different about this version is that the hair is longer. The hat and bow are color changeable. I’m wearing Stiletto Moody shoes (‘Anita’ in nude) as well as a cute basket with food (and a pose!) that I got from D-Lab’s gacha machine ($30L!). For my final look today, I decided that I wanted to take a picture at an AM Radio sim. I love his builds, they’re so nostalgic and they leave you utterly flabbergasted by the sheer magnitude of the builds…the striking realism. His builds are giant works of art. The talent of SLers never ceases to amaze me. Once I settled on a sim, I decided to go with a dress that I purchased at Oyakin. What with my surroundings and the dress that I was wearing, I definitely had a Dustbowl feel going on. Once again, I decided to go with a Clawtooth hair, since Bubbles makes really cute retro styles. I also wanted to use the brand new release from Laqroki (‘Julie’ is for redheads! Total love!) that I had purchased earlier. Keeping with the retro-y feel, I decided to go with the newly released Juicy shoes — their Victorian ankle boots in ‘marshmallow’.
As far as jewelry goes, I went with the dainty and delicate MC Designs set called ‘Wynd’. They provide a lovely balance to my understated look, however, you could easily wear the jewelry set with a ballgown as well.
